I am a trauma-informed fitness coach, specializing in bodybuilding and creating a safe, supportive training environment. However, I am not a dietitian, doctor, or psychologist. 2. Orders, Payment & Delivery

Payments can be made via payment apps (such as Bit, PayBox, or PayPal), bank transfer, or in cash for local pickup.

All prices on the website include VAT.

Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days from order confirmation and payment.

Deliveries are made via courier to your home or pickup point, depending on your selection at checkout.

 

3. Cancellations, Changes & Returns

Delivery timeframe:
Orders will arrive within 3–5 business days after payment and confirmation.

Business days:
The courier delivering my products operates Monday–Thursday, 10:00–18:00. Delivery times may vary during holidays.

Order cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before delivery by the courier. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Returns and exchanges:
Products cannot be returned or exchanged once received. See Section 5 for further information.

Order modifications:
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by sending a direct message via the website’s contact form.

4. Personalization & Coaching

Training programs and coaching services sold on this website are tailored to each individual based on their personal needs, goals, and abilities.

Programs are intended for personal use only — sharing with another person, even with good intentions, is prohibited for safety and health reasons.

Copying, reproducing, or using program content for commercial purposes or non-personal use is strictly prohibited.

Coaching is provided on a monthly model. Users must renew payment each month according to the chosen plan. Failure to renew is considered termination of the engagement, in which case an additional week is provided to notify the end of the process or download the program for future use.

Users are responsible for updating any changes in their health, emotional, or physical condition, so that coaching can be appropriately adjusted or a relevant professional involved if needed.

Responsibility for following the program and achieving desired results lies solely with the trainee. My coaching is supportive, professional, and experience-based, but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

 

5. Liability & Health

All recipes and recommendations on the website are based on my personal experience as a coach and athlete.
Users are responsible for checking suitability with a qualified professional (physician, dietitian, etc.).

Consumption of supplements, fortified foods, or physical activity is the responsibility of the user.

Students and active or reserve service members in the Israeli Defense Forces, police, Border Police, or Prison Service are eligible for a 10% discount on training and nutrition programs.

To claim this benefit, an ID document (student card or service certificate) must be submitted before registering for a program. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase.
