Trauma-focused Coaching & Bodybuilding

Fight or flight?
Sometimes, in order to survive, the nervous system gets stuck in a “survival state.”

 

Trauma can rewire the brain’s neural pathways — and at the same time, the brain is capable of creating new connections. Understanding that our nervous system and body are shaped by traumatic experiences allows us to use training as a tool to process these experiences in a safe environment, through movement and attention.
 

Together, we expand our capacity as a team — by building our senses with a new language, developing autonomy, strength and power, confidence, the ability to meet pain and build endurance, work with pressure and control, try new things, experience pleasure, and invite creativity. All of these have been shown to improve when training is properly adapted.

Together, we use the muscle as a pathway to support post-traumatic growth.

Individual & group posing lessons

Each category comes with its own poses — and yes, you’ll be asked to perform them on stage in front of the judges.This is a scored element, just like your fitness level.
 

Within each federation, you’ll find detailed information about their specific requirements and the rounds you’ll be expected to present. It’s essential to understand the differences between federations and to truly know the poses. Whether it’s a symmetry round or mandatory poses, beyond the rules there’s room for personal expression. This is the language of the body — and sometimes, it can completely change how a physique is perceived.
 

As part of my competition prep coaching, I include posing lessons. You’re also welcome to come to me for individual posing sessions — women and men alike — in person or online.

Protein Recipe development & UCG Content Collaboration

You already know my recipes - I’ve always loved cooking, creating, and connecting flavors.
At home they like to say that I was rolling grape leaves perfectly already in kindergarten.

 

My entry into the world of sport forced me to become creative, especially when combining veganism with competitive goals. Along the way, I became a creator myself — a vegan protein chef. Throughout this journey, I am deeply committed to discovering and introducing my trainees to new products and recipes, particularly those that capture the magic of both values and flavor.

Every product excites me, and as a content creator, I’d be happy to promote and collaborate with those that align with my lifestyle and values.

This exciting journey, supported by the right guidance and a strong connection, allows challenge to transform into a powerful journey of growth and change. I will work with you as a team, with weekly meetings and check-ins, posing guidance included in the program, mental preparation, and ongoing availability.
 

During peak week, you’ll receive a clear and practical guide to help you be at your best, and on competition day I’ll be there with you — either in person or online, depending on where our stage is.
 

One of the most important things for me as a competitor was community — knowing there are others experiencing similar challenges, people I could draw inspiration and calm from. That’s exactly why we have a WhatsApp group for sharing, team meetups, and even joint practice sessions.
