Preparation instructions

Ingredients for sausage:


 Sausage mix pack
500 ml water
Strong aluminum foil, cling film
Deep pot, pasta strainer


 preparation:
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl.
Add water, first 400 ml and stir, then another 100 ml.
Knead until a uniform mixture is obtained, using your hands.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal balls, using both hands to form a sausage.
Wrap the sausage tightly, and twist the edges like a candy. We recommend wrapping twice so that the sausage does not burst during cooking.
Heat a deep pot with a cup of hot water and place the colander inside, like a bathtub.
Make sure that the water does not penetrate the colander.
Place the wrapped sausages in a colander.
Place aluminum foil over the pot instead of the lid so that everything is covered and cook for about 40-45 minutes. The sausage should not be soft but not very hard either.
Every now and then, check to make sure the water hasn't run out and, if necessary, add a little boiling water.
It is also recommended to turn and swap positions between the sausages so that everything cooks evenly.
After they cool, remove the aluminum foil and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze any that you don't eat in the next two days.
