- A package of muffin mix
- 640 ml water
preparation:
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl.
Add water
Mix until smooth, using a spoon or mixer.
Preheat oven to about 180 degrees.
Divide the mixture into 8 muffin tins (I use silicone, but if you have a pan made of another material, it is recommended to lightly grease it or line it with baking paper).
Tip: I like to sprinkle a little granulated sugar and cinnamon over the muffin before baking for an exciting coating sensation. And grate lemon zest into the batter. Or add walnuts.
Just remember that if you added fruit, such as blueberries, make sure they are frozen when added to the batter, otherwise they will wet the dough and it will not bake well.
Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, depending on the strength of the oven.
